Anyone else having a hard time believing it’s already December?! Each month seems to go by faster and faster, especially when you’re crushing goals and racking up the PRs. This is a very impressive list of accomplishments. Let’s keep this momentum going through the month of December. The holidays can present challenges, but staying committed to your routine and your goals is very rewarding. Reminder, Phase II of the Goal Challenge ends on December 12 and Phase III begins on December 13. If you need help choosing goals and creating a plan, talk to a coach!
