Kyle Rochefort

Specialty (If applicable): Effectively communicating training practices to veterans and beginners

Programs I Teach: Personal Program Design, Personal Training, Teens Group and Adult Group

Favorite Food: Animals.

Personal Hero: Navy SEAL Chief Nate Hardy and My Dad “Big Dave”

Pet Peeve: Making excuses for why one did not accomplish their goal or mission. Complaining.

Favorite Exercise: Muscle ups and most movements with a barbell.

Least Favorite Exercise: Handstand push ups. I can do them, just not at the level I would like.

What motivates me to be better: I have a constant internal desire to be better as an athlete, owner and person. I also have a community of friends and family who rely on me to help them on their fitness journey.

Ashley Rochefort

Favorite Food: Is coffee a food? If not, then eggs fried in coconut oil, pinch of salt.

Personal Hero: I have three: Mom, Dad, Brother Kyle.

Pet Peeve: Not listening.

Favorite Exercise: Back squat

What motivates me to be better: Believing in my potential and my strength and knowing that others rely on me.

 

 

John Padden

Why you love working at The Fort CrossFit: I’ve been working at the Fort for about 4 years.  I love walking in the Fort every day.  I love seeing our members every day.  It feels like I’m seeing my family.  I’m so happy to be coaching because I really enjoy helping people accomplish something they never thought they could.
