Foundations is the first step in joining The Fort CrossFit. During this time a potential member will learn the movements, nutrition and lifestyle practices that will help them reach their goals.  Please contact The Fort to schedule a consultation and to set up Foundations appointments before joining the group.

ADULT CROSSFIT GROUP CLASSES

The Fort CrossFit’s Adult group CrossFit classes feature motivated members, expert coaches and safe, effective workouts for any level of fitness. Our Adult classes run 7 days a week, please see our schedule here. During classes we will do a group warm up, brief the training for the day, answer questions, help you move more efficiently and have fun.

CROSSFIT TEENS

The Fort CrossFit’s Teens program is a specific class for 11-17 year olds looking to get stronger, faster and more confident in themselves. We discuss nutrition and set goals for school, sports and everyday life. Most importantly, we develop good habits and have fun learning how to be fit!

PERSONAL TRAINING

One-on-One personal training sessions are available to anyone. These sessions are a great option for members who want more individualized attention before joining group classes or for those who have specific fitness goals.

PERSONAL PROGRAM DESIGN

Personal Program Design (PPD) is a great option for The Fort member who has different goals than having a good foundation of being generally fit, strong and prepared. The program is tailored to the individual athlete’s goals, lifestyle, schedule and history in relation to their sport. A personal program is a great option for those recovering from injury or those looking for a total body transformation. A well-designed program will include warm up, mobility, conditioning training and barbell strength and conditioning. This program is for any age. Please contact Kyle to learn more.
