The Fort CrossFit’s Adult group CrossFit classes feature motivated members, expert coaches and safe, effective workouts for any level of fitness. Our Adult classes run 7 days a week, please see our schedule here. During classes we will do a group warm up, brief the training for the day, answer questions, help you move more efficiently and have fun.

AVERAGE CLASS SIZE: 10 people
LENGTH OF CLASS: 1 Hour
WHAT TO BRING:

  • Water Bottle
  • Notebook to record weights, times, and scores to track progress
  • Shoes and necessary equipment for weightlifting: shoes, belt, tape, jump rope. All of this gear can be left in your locker at The Fort!

All of our classes are great for any level. Each class is a mixed bag of new(er) members and 3 year veterans.
