The Fort CrossFit’s Teens program is a specific class for 11-17 year olds looking to get stronger, faster and more confident in themselves. This program is also great option for athletes during off-season from sport.s We discuss nutrition and set goals for school, sports and everyday life. Most importantly, we develop healthy habits and have fun learning how to be fit!

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Water Bottle
  • Notebook to record weights, times, and scores to track progress
  • Shoes and athletic clothing
