Foundations is the first step in joining The Fort. During this time a member will learn the movements, nutrition and lifestyle practices that will help them reach their goals. Foundations consists of 6-10 one-on-one appointments with a coach and will include goal setting, nutrition and lifestyle coaching. Foundations is required before going into Group CrossFit Classes.

LENGTH OF EACH SESSION: Approximately 1 Hour, scheduled at your convenience.
WHAT TO BRING:

  • Water Bottle
  • Notebook to record what you’ve learned and to track progress
  • Shoes and clothing that are comfortable to move in
